INTRODUCTION:

Devon-based CTC Wholesalers is a specialist supplier of a wide range of high quality products to convenience stores and petrol stations mainly across the south west.  The business was formed in 1981 with its first customer in Yeovil needing a variety of novelty promotional lines. Since then the firm has grown steadily, expanding its product range and customer reach. The firm now has 12 field-base sales staff visiting and helping meet customer needs and a team of 17 in logistics who check, pick, pack and deliver the range from their fleet of Mercedes trucks from their two depots.

THE CHALLENGE:

At the top of CTC’s list was finding a telecoms supplier that understood their needs and offered them a personal service that would ensure their equipment worked across their wide region, delivered a tariff structure that suited their business and could get any problems resolved swiftly.

THE SOLUTION:

We moved them from O2 to EE, a mobile network that gave them better voice and data coverage across their locations. Additionally, we now supply a detailed and bespoke FCC mobile billing report which highlights the costs and gives them recommendations on what to do.
